Foundation of the Eternal Feminine

At EternalFeminine.org there is an extensive website on why feminine values need to replace masculine values in important decisions, decisions above which beer to drink. It is not an anti-men effort, as some men exhibit feminine values, just as some women exhibit masculine values of never give up, never learn, never change.

The Foundation is mostly funded by single child Chinese families with daughters. It is to mentor the daughters to help them run their businesses for 21st Century purposes and challenges. While helping these girls directly the Foundation is mostly to help poor young girls lacking connections and other resources needed to prepare for leadership roles. They will be supported in leading international universities then granted seed money to show differences that make a difference to emerging realities. The Foundation has more then $500 million in its accounts at this time and is registered in China. In the future it will also be registered as a non-profit in the US.

The emphasis is on 1) how to lead profit-making organizations in a non business-as-usual manner, or 2) to create highly innovation not for profit organizations like Ikea, that make all participants feel good while doing good, or 3) form non-hierarchical, networked form organizations to provide new kinds of goods and services in new ways.

The intent is not to resolve emerging problems like the consequences of climate change, as that is now too late, but to prepare to deal with the second order consequences related to mass migration, food shortages, violent weather and masculine conflict between mean and themselves.

The stimulus for the Foundation began in 1994 in business courses where students were asked if they wanted to be like Donald Trump or Warren Buffet in their life’s work. 40% of the males wanted to be like Trump and 5% of the females were seduced by his business behavior. This pattern continued until my last NJIT class in 2009 prior to being banned for NJIT Campus and told to not contact students. With the emergence of Trumpian values in the first line of American management it seems timely to rethink leadership as it slides into leadershit. The Foundation provides a base camp to seek areas of hope in the face of the dark side.

I composed this to help my students of 1994 better understand the Donald Trump approach to management in the 21st Century.
